CONNECTOR CLOSING

The Isle of Palms Connector CLOSES at 7 AM on Race Day. Please plan to arrive at Isle of Palms before 7 AM.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS (If taking I-526)

From I-526-E take exit 29 and take ‘flyover’ bridge over US 17 N onto Hungryneck Blvd.

• Continue on Hungryneck Blvd for approx. 1.5 miles.

• Turn right onto SC-517 S/Isle of Palms Connector and continue approx. 3.6 miles over (over the Connector bridge).

• Go straight at the light onto 14th Ave, continue around the curve as this street becomes Ocean Blvd. 

• Race packet pick up and late registration will be on JC Long in front of the fire house.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE (If traveling North on US 17 over the Ravenel Bridge)

From I-526-E continue straight onto Chuck Dawley Boulevard (meaning I-526 ends and Chuck Dawley begins)

• Turn left onto Ben Sawyer Boulevard

• Continue onto Ben Sawyer Boulevard over the Ben Sawyer Bridge and onto Sullivan’s Island

• Turn left on Jasper Boulevard

• Continue onto the Isle of Palms over the bridge at Beach Inlet where the road changes into Palm Boulevard

• Race packet pick up and late registration will be on JC Long in front of the fire house.

IOP PARKING
Both paid parking and free parking will be available within walking distance from the race start. Paid parking is available on Ocean Boulevard and at the Isle of Palms County Park. When parking on the side of residential roads, make sure all four tires are 4″ off the pavement to avoid tickets or towing.
